Getting Started

This Card API is used to issue physical and virtual cards and link the created card with a store of value (SVA). Wallet / Banking system should provide their own API if an account is managed by their own system.

Customers can initiate the card application, card activation (optional) card replacement/renewal and cancellation from wallet APP for both physical and virtual cards, view card details and manage their card settings and PIN (for physical cards). On the backend, the wallet APP will need to call corresponding APIs displayed in the figure above to get the work done.

This figure shows the transaction flows if the card balance sits in the card (Eastpay issuing system). The issuer/wallet system needs to call these APIs to perform actions on card balances.
